Matrimonio || Michela + Alberto.
Come vi avevo già anticipato nel post dedicato al servizio fotografico prematrimoniale, Michela e Alberto hanno deciso di festeggiare il loro matrimonio in una cantina, precisamente quella di Diego Morra, a Verduno e per me non poteva esserci onore più grande che fotografare due sposi che scelgono una location simile. Le fotografie raccontano di una giornata speciale, iniziata nella loro casa, ancora da finire, ma stupenda, nella sua unicità e nel fatto che sia ancora in divenire. La cucina, le porte e molti altri dettagli di legno sono stati realizzati da Alberto che è un falegname (anche il suo papillon è in legno, per rimanere coerenti fino in fondo). Michela ha scelto un bellissimo abito di Elena Pignata, semplice, ma elegantissimo e su di lei le donava tantissimo. Dopo il rito religioso, in una graziosa chiesetta rosa ci siamo spostati a fare le foto di coppia con il loro mezzo, un magnifico Defender (macchina che adoro letteralmente).
Successivamente la festa è proseguita in cantina, affacciata sulle vigne di Verduno, tutto era bellissimo e sono rimasta incantata dal lungo tavolo reale tra le botti grandi di Barolo.
Wedding || Michela + Alberto
As I had already mentioned in the post dedicated to their engagement session, Michela and Alberto chose to celebrate their wedding in a winery, specifically Diego Morra’s cellar in Verduno, and for me there could have been no greater honor than photographing a couple who chose such a location.
The photographs tell the story of a special day, which began in their home still unfinished, yet beautiful in its uniqueness and in the fact that it is still a work in progress. The kitchen, the doors, and many other wooden details were handmade by Alberto, who is a carpenter (even his bow tie was wooden, staying true to the theme to the very end). Michela chose a beautiful dress by Elena Pignata, simple yet incredibly elegant, and it suited her perfectly.
After the religious ceremony in a charming little pink church, we moved on to take couple photos using their vehicle a magnificent Defender (a car I absolutely adore).
The celebration then continued at the winery, overlooking the vineyards of Verduno. Everything was beautiful, and I was truly enchanted by the long royal table set among the large Barolo barrels.
